Alison Morris-Neuberger is a lecturer who specializes in interpersonal and organizational communication.

With a background in psychology and advocacy, her teaching has a focus on how mapping and understanding one’s own identity opens the door for authenticity - strengthening communication, relationships, learning, and opportunity. Her teaching reflects personal interests in generational differences and neurodivergent dynamics, while always incorporating an emphasis on critical thinking. She has taught the introductory survey course as well as courses in Interpersonal, Organizational, and Media areas. Advocacy is a passion at the heart of Alison’s work, and she encourages her students to be empowered in their own self-advocacy and learn to use their voices and skills to support others. Overall, she strives to help her students not only better understand others' perspectives but also build capacity to show up for and as their truest selves.
