Course Description

This course is designed as a capstone experience to the Strategic Organizational Communication MA program. 

Students will review case studies to explore the role of communication in a variety of organizational situations.

  • Cite evidence of the impact of communication on human behavior in interpersonal and/or organizational contexts

  • Investigate the role of verbal and nonverbal messages in the human communication process
